Refund and Returns Policy

Prior to returning any item or order, please Contact Us for any assistance or information regarding returns and exchanges. We would be more than happy to assist you in any way we can!
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was shipped or picked up from our location. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was shipped or picked up, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased directly from Arnold Performance, and be in unused and new condition. It must also be in the original packaging, including any outer carton designed to protect the item in shipping. If you purchased your item through an Arnold Performance dealer, please contact them to discuss refunds, returns and exchanges.

- Downloadable Files and Documents
To complete your refund or return, we require proof of purchase. If you ordered from our website, you can provide us with the order number and we can confirm the purchase on our site.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Item returned with obvious signs of use
- Damaged product
- Damaged product packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please Contact Us to discuss the issue and exchange of your item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, minus a 5% restocking fee. Once the returned item is received, a code or gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the return to the original purchaser. (They will find out about your return)
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us for specific instructions on returning your item. A return merchandise authorization number may need to be included in your return packaging. Please Contact Us before returning any items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, that is up to you and the shipping carrier you decide to use. We are not liable for your return in transit to us.
